Case Note
One Queue for Everything That Needs Doing — Taskwell Task Tracker
Requests captured from any channel, triaged and routed by AI, tracked from open to done — with agents closing the routine ones.
Work comes in from everywhere — email, text, a hallway conversation, a form. Taskwell Task Tracker captures it all in one queue, then an agent triages each item, routes it to the right owner, and handles the routine ones start to finish.
The problem
Requests scatter across inboxes, group chats, sticky notes, and someone’s memory. Things fall through the cracks not because anyone’s careless, but because there’s no single place the work lives — and no one has time to sort, prioritize, and chase every item to done. Status is a guess, ownership is fuzzy, and the same “did this ever get handled?” question gets asked all week.
How it works
- Capture from any channel. An email, a text, a portal form, or a manual entry all become a tracked task — with the request, context, and attachments captured automatically.
- AI triage and routing. Taskwell reads each new task, sets priority, tags it, and routes it to the right person or team by your rules — then drafts a first response or next step, so no ticket starts from a blank page.
- Agents close the routine ones. For well-understood requests, an agent completes the work end to end and marks it done; anything consequential pauses for a human okay.
“Gate won’t open at the Carlsbad yard” (texted at 6:12 a.m.) → Taskwell logs the task, tags it Facilities / Urgent, routes it to the on-call tech, and texts back an ETA.
What you get
- One queue for every request, no matter how it arrived
- Nothing lost — every item owned, prioritized, and tracked to done
- Faster first response, because the agent drafts it
- Routine tickets handled automatically, with a human on the exceptions
- A clear, current picture of what’s open, stalled, or overdue
- A full history on every task — who did what, and when
Every request in one place, worked down to zero — with agents doing the routine part.
